I want to qualify GATE but I study only OS & Network, DBMS and C!

Is this enough to qualify GATE.

How much marks will be in this 4 subject in total?

If you do so, you are studying nearly 25% of GATE syllabus. After this whether you qualify for GATE depends on how brilliant you are or how foolish other students are. You can see the mark distribution in previous year exams for an approximate guess.
