I think answer is b) S* :(aVb)=a if a<=b

Dual is obtained by replacing V with ^ and vice versa.

would there be change in sign in finding dual from <= to >=  or not here

the dual is change all and to or and vice versa . get the dual don't complement the variables . like a to a complement .

to find complement of a function change all or to and then change all the variable to compliment form
