meaning of processing time:

processing time is a time at which the data which are waiting on the queue of host  are placed on the router buffer to transmit it on the medium.

meaning of processing time at source and destination:

it means the data is take out from the queue and place on the router and after that it will transmitted with ssome propogation delay and place on the other buffer and then it will be carry up by the destination host and process it which is open it up and use it and then place an acknowlegement on the channel .
