I think DVR know about their neighbors and LINK STATE know about entire network... bcoz link state routing use flooding so every node knows about entire network

As i know DVR has local knowledge and LSR has global knowledge ... so how DVR will know about entire network ... but according to this slide DVR knows about entire nw .. i could not get it... whats the intension to write it...

DVR share global data locally(to neighbours), while LSR share local data (neighbourhood data) globally.

ohk .. it means statement DVR routing is knowledge about whole nw is correct ... but it has global data means it knows about distances between routers then why he shows infinite when other router is disconnected ,may be its silly question but now i am confused .

@arjun please look at this : https://sarwiki.informatik.hu-berlin.de/RoutingPrinciples

look at lsr part in Overview 1st line

"Link State Routing is not like DV based on local knowledge " .
