S₂ : Horizontal microprogramming control unit requires an additional hardware (like a decoder)
S₃ : The overall performance of a system is directly proportional to the memory accesses which can be satisfied by the cache.
Which of the following options is correct?

Ans. Only S3.

why it have flexibility ??

because we can change the bits of control word and bits of control word decide what we have to do 

means we can change the logic to interrupt instruction
