as 1)false

at time 26 to 29 seconds...goes from floor 2 to 5.

     2) false

4th floor time = 19 and ground floor time =21

But sir we are going from floor 2 to 5 between time 27 to 30??Then why 1 is incorrect??

@nandani17  here question saying tht elevator have moved from all non ground floor to some non ground floor but lift has moved only from floor 2 to 5 so its wrong

@nandani17 You are right. 1 should be TRUE.

@Manas Mishra the statement is confusing. We can't say certainly that it's meant for all the floors. It may just state possibility of moving from a nonground floor to another nonground floor.

From the graph we can see that movements between $1-2, 1-3, 1-5,2-3$ never happened. So, statement $1$ is not TRUE.

Statement $2$ is also FALSE as the elevator stays on fourth floor for $19$ minutes while it stays at ground floor for $21$ minutes.

So, Correct Option: D
