How many and what size of field exits in micro operation field?

Question

If a micro program supports 46 micro operations with parallelism of 2, how many and what size of field exits in micro operation field?

How do we get the size of micro-operation field as 9?

parallelism is 2

so we divide operations into two sets of 16 and 30 so that requires 4 and 5 bits  so total 9 bits

I understand 2 set of micro operations.

Further needs clarification. We can take any two set totalling to 46 but their field width to be 9.

Such sets may be 16, 30

Or 15, 31

Or

14, 32. .

It needs clarification.
